Rep Challenge 5 - 450 reps

Overview: Pyramid workout of 3 exercise first done for 50 reps each, then repeat decreasing by 10 reps each time. For a total of 450 reps.
Mod options: (1.) Start with 30 reps each and go down by 10s. (2.) Start with 25 reps each and go down by 5s. (3.) Start with 15 reps each and down by 5s.
Timer: Stop watch mode. See how long it takes you to do it. Write down your time and see if you can beat it next time you do this rep challenge.
Equipment: A mat, sandbag or weight bar

40 Burpees
40 Bent over Row, Clean and Presses
40 Sit ups
30 Burpees
30 Bent over Row, Clean and Presses

20 Bent over Row, Clean and Presses
20 Sit ups
10 Burpees
10 Bent over Row, Clean and Presses
