{rep challenge 3 - 700 reps}



Rep Challenge 3 - 700 reps

Overview:  7 exercises. 140 reps per round. 5 rounds. 700 reps total.
Mod options: A. Do only 2-3 rounds. And/Or B. Cut the reps in half.

Timer:  Stop watch mode. See how long it takes you to do it. Write down your time and see if you can beat it next time you do this rep challenge.

Equipment:  A mat, weight bar, and medicine ball


Workout

20 Toe touch jacks 
10 Dive bombers (Hindu push ups)
20 Plyo (switch) lunges
10 Clean and presses
20 Straight leg sit ups with weighted ball overhead
10 Ball slams
50 Mountain climbers

REPEAT x 5
