Rep Challenge 2 - 500 reps

Overview: 5 exercises, 20 reps each exercise, repeated 5 times . 500 reps total. Complete as fast as possible.
Mod options: A. Do only 2-3 rounds. B. Do only 10 reps each. C. If you need a greater challenge, make it 1000 reps by doing 10 rounds.
Timer: Stop watch mode. See how long it takes you to do it. Write down your time and see if you can beat it next time to do this rep challenge.
Equipment: A mat, Kettlebell, bench for dips, plyo box for box jumps
Workout - perform each exercise 20 times, then repeat the whole set 5 times
1. Kettlebell swings
2. Box jumps
3. Tricep Dips
4. Thrusters with kettlebell
5. Burpees with pushups
REPEAT x 5
