Overview: Pick your level of difficulty. Warm up is a total of 3 minutes. The workout has 5 exercises, preformed each for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in between. The workout set is repeated 3 times total. Workout time is 15 minutes total.
Timer: Warm up - 30 sec x 6; Workout - 45 sec work/15 sec rest x 15
