{tabata wo 5}


Tabata Workout 5
*for modifications & further explanation of workout moves (in italics), please refer to the {explanations & modifications} tab above.
 
Overview: Each Tabata only has 1 exercises. Repeat that one exercise for the whole tabata. 1 minute rest between sets.
Timer: 20 sec work/10 sec rest x8 for each Set
Equipment: A mat and hand weights

Workout - 1 minute rest between sets
  
Tabata 1
           Burpees with push ups
Tabata 2
           Thursters
Tabata 3
           Reverse lunges with bicep curls
Tabata 4
         Plank rows (Renegade rows) with push ups
Tabata 5
         Sit ups
