{christmas tree pyramid wo}

I'm all about making workouts fun! Here's a good one to do during this Christmas time.

It requires no equipment! So you can do it wherever you are staying during this holiday time. No excuses! If you do this workout, please post how many rounds you did and your time.

Christmas Tree Pyramid Wo - ALL Body Wt

Overview: Start at the bottom of the Christmas tree and work toward the star. Then go back down the tree. Repeat 1-3 times in the same way.

Mod options: Perform exercise without jumps. 
Timer:  Stop watch mode. See how long it takes you to do it. Write down your time and see if you can beat it next time to do this rep challenge. 

Equipment:  A mat
